15A- Figuring Out Buyer Behavior

These interviews were extremely beneficial. I learned a lot about the customer base of my product. I learned that one of the most important factors that buyers consider is music quality and connection, along with the ability to save songs. These features are crucial when creating a music streaming platform. Other things they considered were the layout and convenience of the application. It must be easy and simple to navigate. All three of the people I interviewed said they listened to their music through an application that they purchased on their devices app store. Each of them gave me reviews on the service that they currently used. They determined whether they liked their service based on the music variety along with added features. One person explained how he likes that it offers a great page to help him discover new music. My segment is described as people who are avid music listeners. People who appreciate all aspects of the music listening experience.
