My customer is someone who thoroughly enjoys and appreciates music. Lots of them play music along with attending live concerts. They appreciate nature and love being outside. The age range is from around 20-35 years old. It is for people who take road trips and love taking on new adventures. People who can spend hours searching the internet for music until they find the song that feels right. It turns out I have a lot in common with the customer base. I spent lots of time searching for new music and save the songs that sit right with me. I also appreciate the outdoors and adventurous activities, along with fall under the age range. I feel like it is because you can only generate ideas from things ideas that are generated by emotion. I do not believe it was a coincidence that the customer base shares common qualities with me. If I felt like the need is necessary then it does not surprise me that others who are similar to me also have the same need.
Dear Bram,
ReplyDeleteGreat job on this assignment - honestly who wouldn't be a prototypical customer to your product - everyone loves music. I believe you did a great job in briefly explaining to us what type of person you are looking for to be buying your product. Ultimately, it is great that your prototypical customer is similar to you because then it will be easier for you to meet their needs.
Hi Bram,
ReplyDeleteI think you definitely have a solid idea of what your typical customer looks like. From my experience as someone who loves music, listening to music live is a big part of it. Perhaps you could seek to incorporate some sort of physical component into your idea, perhaps a code that bands can distribute at shows that enables users to easily access their music by scanning it or something along those lines. I also think the adventurous aspect of your avatar is very accurate as well. Often people come to associate music with their memories, particularly those that are adventurous and easy to associate with something specific.
